Solfeggio Tuning Therapy

Solfeggio is an ancient musical scale. It’s notes resonate at frequencies that can effect different vibrational energies in and around the body. Aiding balance and well being.

The Solfeggio scale was used in chanting by the Gregorian monks for its uplifting and believed spiritual connection. We know this as it’s mentioned in the writing by John the Baptist in the 1st Century.

For centuries many civilisations have revered sound instruments and voice as sacred for healing, trance, birth and many situations.

Scientists are now discovering the many uses of sound and its effects upon both us and the world that surrounds us. Everything vibrates at a frequency.
Tuning fork therapy is the use of tuning forks to strike a pitch/note that resonates at a frequency.

We can then use this frequency to realign any similar frequency so it resonates correctly again.

Why might we need to adjust our frequencies?

If you think of the body as lots of atoms all vibrating. They are vibrating at the required frequency they need to keep balance and working correctly.
